Project Details

Scope of work included repairs to the corrugated metal pipe arch culverts and miscellaneous construction work.

  • Forming and Pouring Structural Concrete Walls
  • Installed Concrete walls at Base of Culvert to Prevent Further Erosion
  • Drilling and Grouting Reinforced Rebar into Existing Walls for Structural Support
  • Temporary Water Diversion was Installed throughout the Course of the Project

PCC expertly managed the Cortlandt Highland Ave Culvert project, maintaining water diversion throughout, even during floods and heavy rains. The challenging site under the bridge required craning in equipment and materials due to limited accessibility. Despite less-than-ideal work conditions, our team overcame these obstacles. To meet the project’s constraints, we used pump trucks to place concrete in tight areas. The corrugated metal pipe was repaired and inspected by state agencies upon completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This project exemplifies our ability to tackle demanding conditions and deliver exceptional results.
